At Woodeco, we take action with responsibility in all aspects of our business. We listen carefully to our partners and prioritise ESG together with them. We analyse both the expectations of our stakeholders and the impact we have on the environment, community and economy at every stage of our value chain.
ESG at Woodeco
Our company is aligned with our customers' needs and strives to exceed their expectations. We are committed to both economic, environmental and social sustainability.
Concern for the planet's natural resources and environmental sensitivity is an important aspect of our activities. Over the past several years, we have made successive investments in our companies that have effectively reduced the environmental impact of our production activities.
Our company supports various types of local and nationwide social activities. Our employees also take the initiative themselves to participate in such social activities.
Our mission is to partner in developing and building shared value by providing functional and reliable wood-based solutions for the home.

CSR community activities
In 2025, we continue our commitment to social action - both locally and nationally. Since the beginning of the year, we have been supporting initiatives that have a real impact on the environment and address current social needs. We are delighted that our employees are so committed to participating in charitable campaigns, organising collections and initiating their own activities. Together we are building a culture of responsibility that is an important part of Woodeco's brand identity.
We support young people during the DREMA 2025 trade fair
During the DREMA 2025 trade fair, we supported the DREMA DZIECIOM initiative by donating furniture boards to create furnishings for the rooms of the Youth Educational Centre in Łobżenica. As part of the ‘Live Furniture Factory’ project, pupils and students, together with industry partners, made 20 sets of furniture, which were given to children and young people in need. This is another example of how, through social and educational activities, we can have a real impact on the lives of others by supporting the development of young talent in the furniture industry.
Woodeco Eco Zone – environmental education through play
On 1 June, during a family picnic at the Historical Chamber in Grajewo, we created the Woodeco Eco Zone – a place full of creative fun and ecological inspiration. Children, together with their parents, built insect houses, took part in quizzes about the environment and the Woodeco company, and won eco-friendly prizes. ‘This event showed how important it is to build a local community around values such as environmental responsibility,’ emphasises Seweryn Górzyński, director of the Woodeco plant in Grajewo.
Wolf Run 2025 – we support sport and the local community
During the 26th edition of the Wolf Run in Grajewo, we appeared as the main partner of the event for the first time. We supported the sporting competition by funding prizes for the winners in the open, children's and youth categories. The event was attended by runners from all over Poland, as well as from abroad, including Lithuania and the US Army. It was not only an opportunity for sporting competition, but also for integrating the local community and promoting a healthy lifestyle. ‘We are delighted that we could be part of this event and support physical activity in the region,’ summarised Grzegorz Kulesza, CEO of Woodeco.
We planted over 12,000 trees near Grajewo
In April 2025, we planted 12,160 Scots pine seedlings in the Bełda forestry area - our second corporate reforestation campaign. Planting trees has become an integral part of our social activities. It is a real contribution to restoring forest resources and improving air quality in our region.
